About Judith

Judith Nisenson

I am a Certified Life Coach with a focus on specialized training and a passion for helping women reestablish the connection with themselves as they navigate life challenges, marital issues, and betrayal.

After more than 20 years of working in the fitness industry helping individuals reach their physical goals, I realized that I was only scratching the surface of their overall needs. I wanted to help them make broader, lasting changes, but I didn’t know how. I was happily married with two young children – or at least I thought I was – until the unexpected and terrible loss of my mother. During this time, my solid marriage turned out to not be so solid. Within a year I was divorced, depressed, and lost.

Misfortune often brings opportunity. During that turbulent time, I rediscovered who I was and started a journey of personal growth. I reexamined how, as a woman, I was showing up in the world and the changes I wanted to make.

By joining Landmark Forum, a worldwide organization specializing in transformational training, and leadership programs, I dedicated myself to becoming a mentor and coach. Today, I am a confident woman, mother, and wife to a special man who is a therapist working with men who are struggling with infidelity and sex addiction.

I help women in much the same way my husband does with men. I show them how to navigate betrayal trauma, infidelity, and other life challenges. And now, my husband and I created a new way to serve. We decided to become partners not only in marriage but in our professional practices. Together, you might say we are a one-two punch for helping struggling couples and individuals break out of some of the toughest moments that life presents.

You don’t have to do this alone. Some of us think we have to work our way out of our struggles. Thinking in this way is one of the biggest tragedies of humankind, one that generates a disservice to ourselves, stunting our personal growth. We are here to help each other. As the late poet, activist, and actress Maya Angelou once said, “Develop enough courage so that you can stand up for yourself and then stand up for somebody else.” If you think it’s time to stand up for yourself and become the fulfilled person you were meant to be, then let’s chat and make it happen together.

Let's work.

My goal is to help you achieve positive and lasting results while you’re discovering and creating new paths toward a happy, balanced, and healthy future. I offer flexible scheduling options to fit your needs.
