Reclaim your voice, your passion, and your light, and discover the possibilities of being the woman you’ve always wanted to be.

Although gender equality and social acceptance of women living on their own terms have improved greatly over the years, females still face personal challenges as they continue searching for insight, to be heard, and to find their own voice. Many women find themselves stuck in unhealthy patterns and relationships and are hindered by limited beliefs. In some cases, this can reopen past traumas and childhood wounds, which keep them from living up to their full potential.

Personal growth doesn’t just magically happen. You must be willing to commit to it, speak your truth, and take risks. This is deep soul work … work that will help you rediscover lost aspects of yourself and discover your authentic self in ways you might never have imagined. It’s time to do the work – “women’s wrk.”

“I get it. Being a woman today has many challenges. I know what it’s like to raise children, go through divorce and betrayal, remarry, and maintain a career. The women’s work we will do together is a roadmap of discovery, enabling you to take the appropriate route to personal healing and growth.”

Betrayal Trauma

It is with a deep sense of safety and trust that we enter into relationships. So understandably, uncovering infidelity or addiction in your partner can be one of the most traumatizing times of your life.

For many women experiencing betrayal, the initial feelings of disbelief, anger, and shame can seem overwhelming and all-consuming. You may be left with a feeling that everything you know to be true and good is in question. Cherished moments, loving and being loved, and the strength and consistency of your relationship may seem like distant memories.  Also facing you is the unknown, which can be destabilizing. To honor yourself and trust again might seem unlikely. It is so common to feel alone in these situations and not know where to turn for help.

You are not alone. The number of those experiencing betrayal is staggering. It’s important to understand that while your desire to restore your relationship might be an important goal, rediscovering your deeper value and worth can be an even more valuable experience through these trying times. With the right type of support, you can find hope and strength.

Women's Issues

What does it mean to be a woman today? It means strength and determination, not backing down because someone tells you that you can’t do something. It means sticking up for what you believe in, and in so doing, expressing your beauty, kindness, and love.

Real change begins with self-care and self-love. Make the way you relate to yourself a priority. Trust that taking care of your needs first will be reflected in how others in turn will relate to and treat you.

Whether it’s raising children, resolving marital issues, managing the in-laws or your own parents, holding a career, menopause, or health struggles, many of us go through life with our heads down, grinding away without asking for help. Finding ways to build resilience and self-love, and to discover our best selves can be a daily challenge. Many women don’t know where to start or where to turn for guidance.

“Asking for help does not mean that we are weak or incompetent. It usually indicates an advanced level of honesty and intelligence.”

Let's work together.

No situation is insurmountable. Transformation is closer than you might realize. Feelings are not fixed in stone; They are fleeting forms that begin with dysfunctional thoughts. It’s up to you to decide how to feel about something. You have the power to make a change in what you think about and how you think. And you have so much more power and ability than you ever thought to make life everything that you desire and deserve.

It takes many years of living in adulthood for many women to give themselves permission to seek what they want and need for themselves and ask for what they need from others. My practice is devoted to the needs of women struggling with betrayal and life issues who are ready to make transformational and lasting changes. In dedicating yourself to this process you will emerge with more clarity and a sense of meaning and empowerment as you live what is essentially a new life. Know that I’m here to help you reach that state of awareness and happiness.
